Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies for effective distribution channels e.g. broker, direct, and alternative.

• Offer balanced financial products and innovate in both life and non-life insurance markets.

• Focus on profitability, value-added products, and customer service to deliver stakeholder value.

• Guide and nurture team leaders in initiatives like marketing guidelines, commission structure reviews, new channel development, and product development.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree or higher in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or a related field.

• 10+ years of experience in a well-established insurance brokerage firm.

• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate well with senior management.

• High discipline and integrity, positive attitude, and ability to work independently and under pressure.

• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese, including fluency in Putonghua.
