The company is one of the leading builders of data center prefabrication.

 

Location

Singapore

 

Responsibilities

Ÿ   To drive business growth within the data center industry by developing strong client relationships, promoting modular data center solutions and value-added services, and leading sales initiatives in the assigned region. This role requires strong industry knowledge, strategic insight, and cross-functional coordination capabilities.

Ÿ   Acquire new customers in Data Center space with regards to Telecom Operators, Hyperscalers and/or Colocation Operators. Anility to engage customers on solutioning based on business and operational requirements.

Ÿ   Develop and maintain strategic relationships with industry clients in the data center sector. Identify customer needs, conduct in-depth discussions to explore solutions, and propose tailored offerings.

Ÿ   Drive account development and retention to meet or exceed assigned sales targets.

Ÿ   Promote and sell the company’s modular data center products and services.

Ÿ   Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.

Ÿ   Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and contract documentation.

Ÿ   Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, logistics, operations, after-sales) to ensure timely delivery and high-quality customer experience.

Ÿ   Escalate and resolve delivery, quality, or support issues swiftly and professionally.

 

Requirements

Ÿ   Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Ÿ   Business Development, Sales, Engineering, or Technical Management related to data center or IDC/IT infrastructure industries.

Ÿ   Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the data center or infrastructure solutions industry.

Ÿ   Minimum 5 years of relevant sales or business development experience.

Ÿ   Strong understanding of modular data centers, M&E systems, and value-added services

Ÿ   Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Ÿ   Project coordination and stakeholder management

Ÿ   Market research and strategic analysis

Ÿ   Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics

Ÿ   Ability to interpret technical drawings and project timelines (e.g., Gantt charts)
