Job Summary

The client is seeking a highly experienced Director of Investor Relations Specialist to join their team to assist in raising capital for their equity strategy. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working with institutional investors in the US and/or China. Experience in the market neutral equities product is a must.

Responsibilities

Ÿ   Develop and execute comprehensive fundraising strategies to develop relationships and raise capital from institutional investors.

Ÿ   Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential investors, ensuring clear and consistent communication.

Ÿ   Identify and engage new investors, leveraging your network to expand our investor base.

Ÿ   Prepare and present detailed investment proposals, reports, and presentations to stakeholders.

Ÿ   Collaborate with internal teams to align fundraising efforts with company goals and objectives.

Ÿ   Monitor market trends and investor sentiment to inform fundraising strategies.

Ÿ   Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings to promote our investment opportunities.

Requirements

Ÿ   Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred.

Ÿ   8 years of experience in fundraising and investor relations, with a focus on institutional investors and family offices

Ÿ   Proven ability to bring in clients and secure significant investments.

Ÿ   Fluency in both Mandarin and English, with excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ÿ   Strong understanding of the US and Chinese investment landscapes.

Ÿ   Exceptional interpersonal and networking skills.

Ÿ   Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Ÿ   High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
