Responsibilities

• The primary responsibility involves overseeing the operations of the manufacturing plant.

• Take charge of project management, leading the entire production base, and overseeing operations, including production overheads, workers, customer service, and product development.

• Drive the continuous growth and expansion of the business by introducing new ideas and innovations to expand the range of products and textile solutions in management and operations.

• Coordinate with heads of different factory departments such as knitting, dyeing, and printing to ensure satisfactory production output.

• Provide guidance to the team that align with the production flow, and monitor the progress.

• Ensure the protection of capital investment in the production plant.

• Collaborate with the Garment Sector within the group to ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

• A Business Leader with a strong sense of management and a minimum of five years of experience at a managerial level in textile or apparel production.

• Proven track record of effective management skills and the ability to work well in a team.

• Possess a strong desire to introduce changes and innovations to enhance systematic management in the business.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for leading diverse production operations.

• MUST be native/fluent in Vietnamese, proficiency in spoken and written Chinese and English is a mandatory requirement.
