Sales & Marketing Manager (Power Conversion Components)

Responsibilities

Ÿ   New Business Development & Account Management: Discover new enterprise clients needing power conversion components (soft magnetic cores) in China and manage existing key accounts.

Ÿ   Sales Strategy & Revenue Management: Formulate sales strategies and manage revenue targets by key segments: EV automotive electronics, solar PV inverters, server/telecom power supplies, and UPS.

Ÿ   RFQ & Spec-In Management: Respond to customer RFQs, collaborate with engineering teams to drive the "spec-in" process, and manage sample delivery and approval workflows.

Ÿ   Market Intelligence: Conduct market research on industry trends, competitors, pricing, and demand; prepare regular business reports for executive management.

Ÿ   Promotional Activities: Participate in domestic and international trade shows to promote new products and capabilities.

Ÿ   Operations & A/R Management: Manage sales revenue, collections, and receivables; coordinate delivery schedules and volumes with the production and quality teams at the Weihai plant.

Requirements

Ÿ   Bachelor’s degree or higher (Majors in Electrical/Electronics, Materials Science, or Mechanical Engineering are preferred).

Ÿ   10 to 15 years of B2B sales experience in electronic components, materials, or related industries (Electronic parts, magnetic materials, power supplies, EV components, etc.).

Ÿ   Must have experience working at a metal powder core manufacturer OR in downstream power electronic customer industries.

Ÿ   Native Chinese speaker (Business communication skills in Korean or English are a strong plus).

Ÿ   Able to reside/work in Shenzhen and travel frequently to Weihai (Shandong) and across the South China region.
