Job Description
A major Hong Kong listed company with diversified business interests.

Report to
Senior Director
Responsibilities
Handle the full spectrum of company secretarial work for the listed company, its subsidiaries, and the companies in the unlisted group.
Support regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and other secretarial matters.
Assist with minutes, board resolutions, circulars, and interim/annual reports.
Prepare annual and interim reports, announcements, and circulars.
Liaise with different parties to ensure smooth operations.
Manage other ad hoc matters and assignments.
Requirements
Degree holder and member of HKICS/ICSA; an accounting background is a plus.
8+ years of work experience in similar roles.
Strong knowledge of companies ordinance and other compliance rules and regulations.
Effective communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua.
Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing.
