Responsibilities

Ÿ   Lead the setup of local manufacturing facilities for the company’s product portfolio;

Ÿ   Oversee end‑to‑end project execution for production initiatives, covering scheduling, milestone monitoring, resource allocation, and risk mitigation;

Ÿ   Develop and enforce safety protocols and quality compliance measures (e.g., ISO and 6S frameworks);

Ÿ   Control project expenditures, conduct cost analysis, and deliver periodic status reports on project performance and outcomes.

Requirements

Ÿ   Bachelor’s degree or higher, with at least 3 years of relevant experience in the marine or water purification industry; degrees in marine engineering, mechanical engineering, project management, or related disciplines are an advantage;

Ÿ   3 years or above of operations/production management experience; background in shipyard or marine equipment manufacturing is a plus; familiarity with marine engine water treatment systems is desirable;

Ÿ   Knowledge of localization strategies and procedures for imported products;

Ÿ   Proficient in production scheduling, capacity planning, and lean manufacturing principles;

Ÿ   Working knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO9001, IATF16949) and ability to lead continuous improvement efforts;

Ÿ   Well‑versed in supply chain operations and vendor management;

Ÿ   Capable of daily written and spoken English communication with international colleagues and clients;

Ÿ   Excellent interpersonal and cross‑functional team leadership skills, with ability to balance diverse stakeholder interests;

Ÿ   Resilient under pressure, able to thrive in a fast‑paced setting and address unanticipated issues effectively;

Ÿ   Familiar with local workplace safety regulations and environmental compliance requirements.
