VP Strategic Marketing
Job Description
It is a large integrated very high end 5-star casino resort, with 800 rooms, and large casino/gaming facilities.

Job Summary
Oversee the strategy for Casino Events and Promotions and Direct Marketing activities to drive and support casino marketing revenue goals. Functions as primary expert for targeting the right customer segments with motivating offers that profitably change consumer behavior.
Responsibilities
Oversee the calendar planning and execution for all direct marketing offers to members.
Assist in developing database marketing strategies to drive incremental revenue.
Develop and execute the reward program customer communication strategy.
Collect and analyze data on the casinos events, promotions, offers and programs and provide recommendations and insights back to the business with observations, comments and suggestions for action.
Help company make marketing decisions by assessing promotional needs, gathering pertinent data and analyzing the results.
Conceive and create new customer segmentations and models to help understand customer lifecycle and behaviour.
Perform regular analysis that identifies actionable marketing insights, marketing influenced revenue opportunities and functional cost-savings.
Drive Marketing Analytics strategy and execution alignment through regular business reviews and stakeholder meetings.
Create direct marketing campaigns and monitor and test, implement, modify to ensure maximum profitability is being achieved.
Evaluate performance of all marketing strategies to ensure reinvestment rates are maintained and achieve acceptable profit margins.
Drive data warehouse development to ensure 360 degree of all customer interactions across the resort.
Manage database marketing budget.
Participate in cross-functional initiatives and provide event support for various departments.
Requirements
10-12 years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in an integrated resort property.
At least 5 years of managerial experience.
Strong leadership and time management skills.
Excellent project and event management skills.
Proven communication, planning and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with budget preparation and evaluation.
Strong measurement and analysis skills

Quantitative:
Mass Gaming Revenue vs budget.
Mass Gaming Profitability vs budget.
Customer Reinvestment (non-controllable) vs budget.
Qualitative:
Effective calendar planning.
Compliance with all internal and external (PAGCOR) procedures.
