Job Description
A major textile group with diversified business including manufacturing, wholesale and retail.
Location
Guangdong province
Report to
General Manager, Sales
Responsibilities
Implement company business strategy and planning.
Product development, market expansion in China, develop new accounts, formulate sales and marketing strategies according to the economy situation, and ensure targets are met.
Manage, monitor, coordinate and supervise all activities in the sales team and ensure that all business indicators are on schedule and cost control indicators are achieved.
Ensure compliance and the proper conduct of all departmental operations, eliminate violations, and promptly report any special situation.
Responsible for branding, maintaining good relationships with customers and handling after-sales service.
Ensure profit margin is achieved and credit control.
Participate in product development with cooperation with the R&D department.
Responsible for the assessment and review of business order production risks.
Coordinate with production and operation departments to ensure orders are delivered on time.
Team building and training.
Ad hoc project management as assigned by the company.
Requirements
Experience in local distribution channels.
Strong network with Chinese brands with proven sales record.
Full knowledge of operational procedures.
At least 3 years in managing a sales team.
Strong decision-making capabilities.
Effective communication, collaboration, and delegation skills.
Ability to develop and execute business plans.
Ability to motivate and lead people.
Communication effectively in written Chinese and English.
