Head of HR
Responsibilities
Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives in Greater China.
Provide expert advice on complex employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
Support and lead organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption.
Utilize HR data and metrics to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations and manage HR-related risks.
Requirements
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of HR Operations exposure in financial services environment, with a coverage of Mainland China office preferable.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Ability to work collaboratively with business leaders.
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidential information.
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision while keeping relevant stakeholders up to date on his/her work.
Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple projects/timelines simultaneously.
