Job Summary

The Financial Controller will play a crucial role in overseeing the financial operations of the property development projects in Hong Kong and China, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing strategic financial guidance to support the growth objectives.

Responsibilities

·         Oversee the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.

·         Manage cash flow, financial reporting, and analysis.

·         Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

·         Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.

·         Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management.

·         Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities.

·         Lead and mentor the finance team to achieve departmental goals.

·         Support strategic planning and decision-making processes.

Requirements

·         Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.

·         Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably within the property development and management industry.

·         Strong knowledge of financial regulations and reporting standards in Hong Kong and China.

·         Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

·         Strong leadership and team management abilities.

·         Fluency in Cantonese, Putonghua and English.

Salary : HK$80 - HK$100 x 12-month plus discretionary bonus
