Responsibilities

• Work with senior management to grow the business in Greater China and Asia.

• Create and implement strategic plans, manage resources, financial projections, and set clear milestones.

• Achieve financial results and other KPIs set by senior management.

• Maintain high standards of risk management and communicate with stakeholders like regulators, shareholders, executives, sales channels, and customers.

• Build teams, develop talent, and manage people effectively:

• Acquire and serve new and existing clients/channels.

• Deliver top-quality products and services to clients/channels.

• Ensure high compliance standards.

• Produce useful financial and management reports for business analysis.

• Ensure efficient transaction processing.

• Select the best systems to support the business.

Requirements

• University degree, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, or Finance.

• Possessing top-tier financial industry experience and proven leadership skills.

• Proven ability to manage licensed corporations, strategic thinking, strong execution, discipline, and integrity.

• Strong people management and leadership skills, with the ability to influence others.

• Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
