As Head Designer, you’ll lead the creative direction, shaping trend-driven and commercially successful ladies’ sportswear and athleisure collections. While experience in 3D design is an advantage, the focus is on proven expertise in the product lifecycle — from market research and concept development to final production.

Responsibilities

·           Lead & Inspire: Drive a creative team to deliver trend-led, high-performance ladies’ sportswear and athleisure collections.

·           Own the Product Lifecycle: Oversee the design process from trend forecasting and material selection to prototyping and production.

·           Spot Trends & Set the Standard: Keep a keen eye on global trends to ensure designs are not just on-trend but ahead of the curve.

·           Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with merchandising, product development, and sourcing teams to realise the vision.

·           Push Innovation: Stay ahead in fabric development, functional details, and performance-enhancing features.

Requirements

·           Industry Specialist: Extensive experience in ladies’ sportswear and athleisure design, with a portfolio to prove it.

·           Fashion-Forward Thinker: A keen eye for trends, colours, silhouettes, and fabrics that resonate with active and athleisure consumers.

·           Technical & Commercial Acumen: Strong understanding of garment construction, fit, and performance-driven design elements.

·           Hands-On Leader: Skilled in managing and mentoring teams, fostering creativity, and delivering results.

·           Product Development Pro: Fully equipped with the knowledge to take a collection from initial idea to final production.
